The Waterville Valley Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Waterville Valley Town Hall Meeting Room, 14 TAC Lane, to receive public comments on Proposed Amendment No. 11 to remove Article VII, Administration, and Enforcement, Section D) Remodeling/Repairing from the Zoning Ordinance, as it has been superseded by Selectman’s Ordinance #17, Building Permits.
