OPIRS HeaderWelcome to the Online Property Incident Reporting System (OPIRS)

In association with the Waterville Valley Resort, we have developed the OPIRS for the convenience of resort guests.

You must have lost, found, or had something stolen from you during your visit.

This report is ONLY intended for property related incidents.

This report will allow the Waterville Valley Resort staff and the Town of Waterville Valley Police Department to efficiently receive your report and assist you in resolving your case.

If you are at the ski area and need immediate assistance, please see a Guest Services Representative, located on the second floor of the base lodge.

To report a non-property related crime, or if you would like to speak with an officer, please contact the Town of Waterville Valley Police Department directly at (603) 236-4732.
