On August 12th, 2021 the Waterville Valley Planning Board approved with conditions the Site Plan and Subdividsion Application for the creation of 3 new lots and development of each lot with a 3-unit condominium located on Tax Map 105 Lot 8 located at 40 Village Road in the Town of Waterville Valley, NH by a majority vote of the members of the Planning Board.
