Fiscal Year 2021 Refunding Bond Issue

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Downstairs Meeting Room, Waterville Valley Town Hall.

Notice is hereby given that the Waterville Valley Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing in accordance with RSA 33:3-d to discuss the possible issuance of refunding bonds to refinance the Town’s  FY2016 USDA Loan for Water & Sewer Improvements outstanding in the approximate amount of $1,402,344 in order to achieve interest cost savings and to pay certain costs of issuing the refunding bonds.
