** Flu vaccines will be available for persons 18 years and older**
- WHEN: Friday, October 20th, 2023
- TIME: 11:00 AM-1:00 PM
- WHERE: Town Hall Lower Level Meeting Room
- COST: $45.00 for Quadrivalent and $80.00 for Fluzone High Dose
Medicare and Medicaid Accepted. (Please bring your card!)
All Insurances are accepted. Please bring your Insurance Card with you!
Administered by a registered nurse from Speare Memorial Hospital.
There are printable forms attached to this post that can be completed in advance and please bring them with you.
