Planning Board Public Hearing 9/14/23 - Site Plan Amendment

TOWN OF WATERVILLE VALLEY PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE 

Thursday, September 14th, 2023, at 8:00 a.m.

The Waterville Valley Planning Board will meet on Thursday, September 14th, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. to review the following site plan amendment application on a previously approved development of thirteen condominium units in three principal buildings on one 1.05-acre lot in the Village Commercial (VC) District. Proposed amendments include relocation of the cross-country ski trail and easement and snow storage areas, addition of parking spaces, and minor changes to landscaping and grading.  The Planning Board will review the application and, if it is accepted as a complete submission, a public hearing will immediately follow.
