FY2024 4x4 Truck with
Dump Body, Plow, Wing & Sander

Please refer to the attached document with complete details. 

Sealed bids for the provision of various items of moving equipment/vehicles will be accepted
until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 2023 in the Town Hall, 14 TAC LN, PO
Box 500, Waterville Valley, NH 03215 at which time they will be opened and publicly read
aloud.

• Vehicle #1: Current Model Year Regular Cab 4X4 Cab & Chassis, 6.7L I6

Cummins Turbo diesel engine, PTO Ready, Dump Body, Plow, Wing, and Sander.
A detailed package with information on the equipment to be delivered, the conditions
thereof, and bid forms, is available at www.watervillevalleynh.gov (Request for Proposals) or
said offices during normal business hours.

The bid is to be submitted in a separate sealed envelope marked, Bid for FY2024 4x4 Truck with
Dump Body, Plow, Wing, and Sander, December 18, 2023. If mailed, each bid
should be in a separate sealed envelope marked similarly to protect against the actual bid being
opened in error. Any questions with respect to this invitation must be received, in writing by
mail (above address), email ( mboobar@watervillevalleynh.gov ), or fax (603.236.2056) to
Megan Boobar, Public Works Director, no later than 12:00 p.m. on December 8, 2023. It is the
bidder’s responsibility to view and account for any addendums relating to this request. These
will be posted on the Town’s web site no later than 4:00 p.m. on December 11, 2023.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and waive any minor or non-material
informalities, if deemed to be in its best interests.
