Seeking Bids on used 2010 Sidewalk Machine

The Town of Waterville Valley is seeking sealed bids for a used 2010 Sidewalk Machine which is being retired from the Town’s vehicle fleet. This is a Cameleon with a snowblower, and rear spreader. The vehicle does have warning lights. The vehicle is located at the Town of Waterville Valley Complex, 14 TAC Lane, Waterville Valley, NH 03215. The Machine is being sold “As Is, Where Is” and the successful bidder will be responsible for payment in full and removal of the vehicle from Town property within seven days of the winning bid notification. Bids are due at the Waterville Valley Town Hall no later than 2PM on Monday July 15, 2024. Bids may be mailed to Town of Waterville Valley, 2010 Sidewalk Machine Bid, PO Box 500, Waterville Valley, NH, 03215 and must be received by the deadline above. Hand-delivered bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “2010 Sidewalk Machine Bid”. Bids must include an amount and must be signed by the bidder. Bids must also include a daytime phone number and email address for bid notifications. Bids will be opened at 2:30PM on Monday, July 15th by the Town Clerk, or his representative at the Waterville Valley Town Office. Bids will be considered by the Waterville Valley Selectboard at their regular meeting, Wednesday, July 17th at 3PM.
