Public Bid Notice

The Town of Waterville Valley is seeking sealed bids for a used 2005 Recreation Bus which is being retired from the Town’s vehicle fleet.  This is a 14 passenger vehicle and has a side access door and rear emergency exit door.  The vehicle does not have school bus type warning lights, nor does it meet any regulations for school use.  The vehicle is located at the Town of Waterville Valley Complex, 14 TAC Lane, Waterville Valley, NH 03215.  The bus is being sold “As Is, Where Is” and the successful bidder will be responsible for payment in full and removal of the vehicle from Town property within seven days of the winning bid notification.  Bids are due at the Waterville Valley Town Hall no later than 2PM on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.  Bids may be mailed to Town of Waterville Valley, 2005 Recreation Bus Bid, PO Box 500, Waterville Valley, NH, 03215 and must be received by the deadline above.  Hand-delivered bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “2005 Rec Bus Bid”.  Bids must include an amount and must be signed by the bidder.  Bids must also include a day time phone number and email address for bid notifications.  Bids will be opened and considered by the Waterville Valley Selectboard at their regular meeting, Thursday, October 5th at 3pm.  Questions regarding this bid opportunity should be directed to Town Hall at ph.
