NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2021 @ 3:00 P.M.
IN THE DOWNSTAIRS MEETING ROOM, TOWN HALL
The Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet in session on Monday, November 22, 2021, at 3:00 P.M., for a public hearing to consider the Application for a Variance (Application) submitted by Ms. Patricia Gaudette (Applicant)*. The meeting will be held at Waterville Valley Town Hall, 14 TAC Lane, in the downstairs meeting room.
The Application pertains to property located at 101 West Branch Road (Tax Map 102, Lot 2).
The Application requests a variance from Article IV, Section A.1.e.ii of the Zoning Ordinance “to renovate and utilize an existing accessory structure of approximately 780 square feet (not counting a full unfinished basement) the foundation of which is located approximately 15 feet from the side boundary line of he Property and the roof eave is located approximately 13 feet from the side boundary line.” (Application, p.1.)
The proposed use of the renovated structure will be as a “Short Term Rental Unit with 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a kitchen with two parking spaces provided in the existing driveway area adjacent to the Structure.” (Addendum to Application, p.,1, Introduction.)
