TOWN OF WATERVILLE VALLEY PLANNING BOARD

PUBLIC NOTICE - Site Plan/Subdivision Application

Thursday, June 10th, 2021 at 8:00 a.m.

The Waterville Valley Planning Board will meet on Thursday, June 10th, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. to review the following site plan/subdivision applications comprised of thirteen condominium units in three principal buildings on one 1.05-acre lot in the Village Commercial (VC) District. The Planning Board will review the application and, if it is accepted as a complete submission, a public hearing will immediately follow.

  • 13 Unit Planned Unit Development (PUD)
  • Moose Run Waterville Nominee Trust
  • Lots 10.31 B&C, Golden Heights Rd (PID 105-010036.2 / 105-010036.3)
