The Waterville Valley Planning Board on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. The Planning Board will review the application for a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) comprised of thirteen condominium units in three principal buildings on one 1.05-acre lot in the Village Commercial (VC) District. Please note that this concept plan has been revised substantially since the last session of this hearing on March 11, 2021.
