NOTICE of Agenda Item for Planning Board Meeting

Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 8:00 a.m.

Planning Board will meet at their regularly scheduled meeting on October 13, 2016 beginning at 8:00 a.m. at the Rust Municipal Building. The Planning Board will have on their agenda an Application for a Site Plan.

Name of Applicant: White Mtn. Athletic Club

The Waterville Valley Planning Board has received an Application for a Site Plan from The White Mtn. Athletic Club. The Site Plan Application is for renovation/replacement of pool with addition of a splash pool to be located at Tax Map 108-025 ~ 98 Valley Run in Waterville Valley, NH.

The Board deliberations with the Applicants shall be conducted in accordance with Board procedures and policies. The Board shall hear and consider all appropriate evidence and concerns. A copy of the proposed Site Plan and application is available for public inspection at the Waterville Valley Town Offices, 14 TAC Lane. Regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
