Public Hearing Notice

Town of Waterville Valley, New Hampshire

The Waterville Valley Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 8:00 AM at the Waterville Valley Town Office to receive public comments on a zoning amendment proposed by the Planning Board for adoption at 2017 Town Meeting.

The Amendment makes minor changes for the purposes of consistency, clarification, and compliance with updates to state statutes, to: Article III- Interpretation, Application, and Definitions; Article IV- Zoning Districts and Regulations; Article V - Supplemental Regulations; Article VI - Nonconforming Uses and Buildings; and Article VIII - Board of Adjustment. The Amendment also adds parking requirements for Restaurants and Bars and for Home Occupations to Article V. Section C.1).
