On June 24, 2021 the Waterville Valley Planning Board approved with conditions the Site Plan Application, Subdivision Application, and Notice of Merger, for the 13 Unit Planned Unit Development located on Tax Map No. 105-010036.2 / 105-010036.3 at Golden Heights Rd in the Town of Waterville Valley, NH by a majority vote of the members of the Planning Board.
