TOWN OF WATERVILLE VALLEY PLANNING BOARD - SITE WALK PUBLIC NOTICE

Wednesday, September 13th, 2023 @ 1:00 p.m.

The Waterville Valley Planning Board will meet on Wednesday, September 13th, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. to conduct a site visit in regards to a site plan amendment application for a previously approved development of thirteen condominium units in three principal buildings on one 1.05-acre lot in the Village Commercial (VC) District. Proposed amendments include relocation of the cross-country ski trail and easement and snow storage areas, addition of parking spaces, and minor changes to landscaping and grading.  The approved plan is titled:

• Golden Heights Road, LLC
• Golden Heights Residential Development
• 1 Golden Heights Road (PID 105-010036.2 / 105-010036.3)
• Board members will gather at the intersection of Golden Heights Road and Valley Road at 1:00 p.m. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Board members are encouraged to park in the Ice Arena parking lot off Village Road and walk to the meeting site. The public has the option to attend and witness this site walk in person at the address above.

Proposed plans are available for public inspection at the Town Offices during regular business hours outlined below.  Persons planning to participate in the meeting who require special accommodations are asked to contact the Town Office at (603) 236-4730.
