PLEASE NOTE: Meeting will be held in the Town Square Meeting Room past the Post Office on the right

The Waterville Valley Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 14th, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. to discuss a Major Subdivision and Site Plan application to create 4 new lots and develop each lot with a 3-unit condominium.

The public will have the option to attend in person in the Town Square Meeting Room. Please feel free to join the meeting with any questions or comments. Persons planning to participate in the meeting who require special accommodations are asked to contact the Town Office at (603) 236-4730. The meeting can also be viewed on the Waterville Valley YouTube page within 48 hours. In addition, complete texts of the applications and plans are available at the Town Offices, 14 TAC Lane, Waterville Valley, NH  03215. Office Hours are Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
