TOWN OF WATERVILLE VALLEY PLANNING BOARD MEETING
Waterville Valley Town Hall Meeting Room
Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at 8:00 a.m.
The Waterville Valley Planning Board will meet on Thursday, May 9th, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. to review a Site Plan Application for the proposal described below. The Planning Board will review the application at this meeting to determine whether to accept it as a complete submission for review. When or if the submission is accepted as complete, a Public Hearing will be scheduled for a later date and an additional notice will be provided.

Remodel existing maintenance building to add food service, tubing ticket sales, restrooms, 18 x 20 carport and new lighting on building.
Addition of 22 x 22 storage garage, 40 x 60 fenced pickleball courts in front setback, expanded gravel parking area, and associated drainage improvements.
